7 Laws of Life

 7 LAWS OF LIFE

Too many of us grew up with the belief that achieving success requires relentless hard work, grim determination, and intense ambition. As a result, we may have struggled for years and even reached some of our goals but wound up feeling exhausted, our lives out of balance.

The Seven Spiritual Laws are powerful principles; put into practice they set you on a direct course to authentically achieve your goals.

1.Make peace with past so it doesn't spoil your future:

Everyone has gone through the good times and the bad. And if we want to move forward, we must learn to let go of the past and accept who we are, rather than letting our past to determine our future, we should learn from our past and use the experience to make us stronger, wiser and more resilient in our lives.

2.What others think of you is non of your business:

What someone thinks of you is not only none of your business but it's simply their opinion from their perspective. Just like what you think about them is your opinion about them all seen through your own lens. Everybody has their own preferences in life.

3.Time heals almost everything:

Time is a great healer; therefore, we should give some time for the healing process. With time, our sorrows will decrease. Often we need to live into the change. Just as a caterpillar goes through the process from cocoon to butterfly! We need to first understand what has taken place. When emotions are involved, this clouds reason. Emotions need to settle and you need to clear you mind from emotional distractions.

4.No one is responsible for your happiness except you:

Many people wait for something to happen or someone to make them happy. You are responsible for your own life experiences. It means figuring out ways to be happy despite others' (negative) behaviours and despite the external influences.

5.Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about:

You have no idea what their future will hold, or what they’re past truly held – no one truly remembers their own history, nor do they reveal it to anyone in it’s entirety. Live your life as best as you can, encouraging as many as you can, and helping everyone the power you wield will allow you to. Don’t compare your life to others.

6.Stop overthinking. It's okay to not know all the answers:

Too often, we keep on thinking about the fact that we usually have a lot of unanswered questions in our lives, and we have to go around finding the answers to them for the rest of our lives. It is important to understand that you might not have access to all your questions at the same time, and that’s completely fine. You should never feel yourself to be any less than the rest. Learn to give your best and you will eventually find your answers down the line. Know that things get revealed all by themselves. If you do not have answers to certain questions today, it does not mean that you will never have your answers for them.

7.Smile.You Don't own all the problems in the world:

Smile gives you courage to face the anomalies of life. .Life is roller coaster journey. One moment will give you happiness and other makes you sad. The sad moments makes you relish for happy moments. Each of them will come and go at their own pace. For all the time, good or bad, pray and smile. This will give you courage to face all the anomalies of life.
